Important Business Updates

Dear Valued Customers,
 
Back in March, we made changes to support our ultimate goal of making Mohawk your go-to partner for fine papers & envelopes. While supply chain challenges, inventory availability, and economic impacts continue to present some challenges, we are excited to share that, effective immediately, Mohawk will return to quoting special sizes for both folio and digital paper large volume opportunities.
 
We thank you for your patience as we suspended non-stock quoting, which allowed us to improve efficiencies to convert and fill orders quickly and provide more stocked inventory to the market. We encourage you to regularly check out our new Mohawk Xpress Check to see in near real-time what we have in stock and available to order, as our inventory is growing daily.
 
A reminder, the following changes implemented on March 1st remain in effect until further notice:

• We will not quote Mohawk Opaque, Everyday Digital, or fine paper envelope specials for the foreseeable future.
• We strongly suggest ordering skids vs. carton packing for large volume opportunities. For digital specials, we will offer ream wrapping only.
• Due to a disruption in the supply chain, Mohawk's DigitalMark program is on hold until further notice.

We strive to continue maximizing efficiencies to improve turn times and build healthy inventory levels while maintaining our commitments to our partners even with demanding market conditions.
